We will begin with a meditation and then take turns giving and receiving healing energy. Loving guidance will be provided to all participants new to this experience.

Reiki Level I - Certification

Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing. Discover an awareness of energy; how it feels and flows through breath work, meditation and hand positions. You will be given an attunement that will open your channel to Reiki or Life Force energy. This is an interactive Hands-On course. You will be able to practice this technique on family friends, pets and plants.

Reiki Level II - Certification

Reiki Level II focuses on more advanced healing techniques that can be used on self, others, pets and plants. Tools for long distance and remote healing will be explored. Meditation, Hands on healing exercise, and remote healing will be included in this interactive course. This level is also known as the Practitioner’s level.
